Doors open at 11:30am. Last act ends at 10:00pm.
All 3-Day pass holders and 1-Day VIP, Marriott Bonvy™ American Express® VIP Viewing Suite, Skydeck and Platinum pass holders can leave and re-enter the festival by scanning their wristbands at the entrance gates. 1-Day GA pass holders cannot leave and re-enter the festival.
If you are a 3-day passholder, your 3-day wristband grants you admission for all three days. If you are a 1-day passholder, your 1-day wristband grants you admission on the day shown on the wristband.
You must wear your wristband at all times at the festival. Do not cut off or remove your wristband until you leave the festival for the final time.
Keep your personal belongings secure and your phone charged by reserving a personal locker by Allianz with all-day access to your locker and cell charging stations.

Let us know what you lost here & we will contact you if it is turned in. If you don’t hear from us, we unfortunately did not find your item. If you happen to find something someone lost, please bring it to the information booth on Main Street.
Wagons are not permitted regardless if they are pushed or pulled or their dimensions. Strollers are allowed, as long as they do not exceed 31″ (79cm) wide x 52″ (132cm) long.
We are excited to partner with Kulture City to provide a sensory supportive space for neurodiverse guests and those with cognitive, developmental, and neurological disabilities.
Ticketing + Wristbands
Children (6 and under) receive free entry with a ticketed adult. A ticketed adult can bring up to 2 children that are 6 and under for free. All guests 7 and over must have a ticket/wristband.

Getting Here + Accommodations
The new designated Rideshare Pickup Zone at the intersection of 3rd St. and Randolph St.
BottleRock has a very limited amount of ADA Parking available at the festival. To park in this lot you will need to purchase a BottleRock ADA Parking Pass and bring your valid disabled persons parking permit, placard, or plate. Parking passes will go on sale closer to the festival.
