Madison Beer

Over the past few years, Madison Beer has grown into herself as the world watched. For the Long Island, New York native, music is what propelled her into the spotlight after she started recording and posting covers at the age of 12. As her social media following swelled and she racked up millions of streams, she finally reached a point where she became ready to release music that demonstrates the woman she has become. Now 19, Madison is holding nothing back and letting her music come from the heart.

For her debut EP As She Pleases, independently released February 2, 2018, Madison fully comes into her own as a musician. Co-writing on the project seven tracks, Madison blends the sheer pop sensibilities of her earlier work with hints of weathered blues, plucked acoustic balladry and hearty R&B. As She Pleases stands as the clearest representation of who Madison really is.

As She Pleases plays as an embodiment of her life experience. To Beer, that means mirroring the person she presents on social media – she has amassed over 16 million combined followers – in her music and remaining as authentic as can be. That began with the EP title, where she harnesses an ethos of self-empowerment in an effort to embolden her audience, and continues with “Home with You,” a rebuff of the advances of clueless guys when she’s out trying to have a good time.

As She Pleases was the clear next step in Beer’s progression from YouTube singer to budding star. Since its release, her debut EP offering has garnered more than 400 million streams worldwide, while her first-ever tour sold out in Europe near instantly upon announcement, with the U.S. quickly following. As The Guardian wrote, “The American teenager pulls off somersaulting vocals and pin-drop performances with regal poise,” adding, “In full you-go-girl flight, Beer is impossible to resist.”

Recognized by Billboard on their 2018 “21 Under 21” roster of the most promising young talents in music, Madison proves that she is in control and has never been more confident as an artist. Following the success of “Home With You,” Madison released “Hurts Like Hell,” which has been described by Complex Magazine as her “biggest track to date.” The song is just a glimpse of what’s to come from her highly-anticipated upcoming debut studio album.

Outside of her own music, Madison appeared on David Guetta’s album 7 and was featured on K/DA’s debut track “POP/STARS.” The latter track made its live performance debut in Seoul, Korea in front of an audience of 80 million viewers and went on to top the iTunes charts in over 16 territories worldwide, demonstrating that Madison an international sensation.

The multifaceted artist also launched a fashion collaboration with Global fashion brand Missguided in the spring of 2018, which gives a subtle nod to the classic ‘90s style, inspired by Beer’s unapologetic attitude. She was also one of the faces of Bvlgari’s Omnia Pink Sapphire fragrance launch, cementing her brand amongst the fashion elite.

All eyes are on Madison as fans look to her first full length studio debut, set for release in 2019.
