Wristband Registration & Cashless Pay Activation

 

Tickets are shipped to ticketholders before the festival. Your wristband is your ticket to the festival. Once you receive your wristband, do not try it on. The clasp slides one way and there is no way to remove it or loosen it. Wristbands are non-removable and non-transferable.

Why should I register my wristband?

Registering your wristband personalizes your wristband to you alone, allowing staff to quickly verify your identity and troubleshoot any wristband issues should you have any problems.

Registering also allows you to supply emergency contact information.

 

What is cashless payment?

Cashless is the easiest way to pay for food, drinks, merch & add-ons throughout the festival! Simply activate and link your personal credit or debit card when registering your wristband, then pay with a simple tap at the festival. Cashless is a secure form of payment and speeds up the line!

 

Can I register A wristband For someone else?

If you are registering a wristband for someone else make sure you have all of that person’s required information on hand as you can only register a wristband once. To register another attendee’s wristband, you’ll need their:

  • FULL NAME
  • EMAIL ADDRESS
  • PHONE NUMBER
  • 7 DIGIT WRISTBAND ID NUMBER
  • EMERGENCY CONTACT NAME and PHONE NUMBER

 

Can I change my wristband registration information and/or transfer it to someone else?

Unfortunately not. Once registered, wristbands can’t be transferred and identifying information can’t be changed. You can gift the ticket and wristband to anyone before registering the wristband, but only the original buyer can de-register the wristband or request a replacement.

 

Where is my wristband? When will it ship?

Orders will begin shipping in mid-July. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also find estimated delivery dates along with other tracking information from the TICKETS page in your Front Gate account. Click on your BottleRock order to see shipping/wristband details.

 

How can I update my shipping address?

Visit support.frontgatetickets.com to make this request.

If your shipping address is incorrect once shipping begins OR if you can’t receive the package after it’s been shipped to the provided address OR if you aren’t available at the shipping address you previously provided and don’t have a new address, please report this by visiting support.frontgatetickets.comArrangements will be then made for you to pick up your wristband at Will Call. Please bring the original order confirmation email and a valid, government-issued photo ID for wristband pick-up.

In all cases, shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

I received my wristband, but I lost IT/damaged It/put It on too tight and had to remove IT. How do I get new ones?

Lost, stolen, damaged and tampered with wristbands will only be replaced at the discretion of festival staff at the Box Office/Will Call. The wristband replacement fee is $20.

 

I’ve tracked my package and I’m concerned it won’t be delivered. What should I do?

If your wristband is marked as “delivered” but you never received it or if it’s been lost or stolen, please report this by visiting support.frontgatetickets.com. Arrangements will then be made for you to pick up your wristband at Will Call. Please bring your original order confirmation email and a valid, government-issued photo ID for wristband pick-up. Wristband replacement fees may apply.

It’s important to know that we can not reship any orders and that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

I think I received the wrong wristbands. What do I do?

If you think you received the wrong wristband please go to support.frontgatetickets.com to report the issue and to request a replacement. Make sure you bring the wristband(s) you received in the mail to Will Call in order to verify this error.

 

Where is the Box Office & Will call?

The Festival Box Office & Will Call are located at 3rd Street and Bailey Street in Napa. To pick up passes at Will Call, you must show a valid, government issued photo ID.

Thursday, 9/2: 12pm – 8pm 

Friday, 9/3: 10:30am – 9:30pm

Saturday, 9/4: 10:30am – 9:30pm

Sunday, 9/5: 10:30am – 9:30pm
