Thank you for your patience during these uncertain times. After careful consideration and extensive coordination with local and state authorities, we are announcing BottleRock Napa Valley 2020 will be rescheduled for May 28 – 30, 2021. This decision was made prioritizing the health and safety of our patrons, vendors, artists, staff, Napa Valley and surrounding communities. As a ticket holder please consider your options below.

SupPORT BOTTLEROCK AND ROLL OVER YOUR TICKET TO 2021

If you wish to roll over your ticket, no action is required and your ticket will be valid for 2021. 

As a thank you, 200 General Admission ticket purchasers that roll over their tickets to 2021 will be randomly selected for a VIP upgrade.

Front Gate Ticket Purchases

If you would like to request a refund, please do so between Monday, July 20th at 10am PT and Friday, August 7th at 8pm PT, refund requests will not be taken after this deadline. Refunds will be processed in as little as 30 days from the date the refund was requested.

  1. Visit the link above that applies to you and log into your Front Gate Tickets account. To log into your account, select “Sign In” in the top left of the screen
  2. Under “Your Account” tab on the top left side of the navigation bar select “Order History”
  3. Select “View Order Detail” on the order number you wish to have refunded
  4. Click the “Request Refund” button on the top of your order details

**If you change your mind and wish to still attend the festival, log back into your account and hit the “cancel request” button. Once the request period closes, you will no longer be able to change the status of your refund request.

If the original card used for purchase has expired or been updated, the refund should still be processed through the account used to purchase. No additional action is needed by the original purchaser. If your credit card used for purchase has been canceled or is now expired, the bank or credit card company will normally reroute the credit amount issued to the current account or card for use. Please do not send any credit card or account information via email to info@bottlerocknapa.com.

Edit Shipping Address

Front Gate ticket holders can edit their shipping address by following the instructions below:

  1. Visit the link above that applies to you and log into your Front Gate Tickets account. To log into your account, select “Sign In” in the top left of the screen
  2. Under “Your Account” tab on the top left side of the navigation bar select “Order History”
  3. Select “View Order Detail” on the order number you wish to edit shipping information
  4. Above your shipping information, select the “Edit” button
  5. Enter your new shipping address and select “Save Updated Shipping Information”

 

Lyte Ticket Purchases

Lyte Customers can access their account and request a refund with the following steps:

  1. Visit here and select “Continue With My Order” to access your order
  2. Select the “View or Edit Details” button
  3. Click “Cancel Order” to request a refund for your entire order or “Cancel” under each ticket to request a partial refund.

 

Tickets Sold to Lyte

Ticket purchasers that sold their tickets on Lyte have received an email with instructions on how to request a refund. If you have not received an email please contact support@lyte.com.
