When you need a break, retreat to the Platinum Lounge, located in the VIP Village, where you’ll find air-conditioned comfort, lounge seating, and concierge services.
Savor gourmet bites and signature dishes paired with artisanal cocktails, craft beer, and ultra-luxe wines and spirits. Plus, meet select festival artists with exclusive access—just be sure to sign up in advance, as space is limited.

Please arrive via the Platinum parking lot so we can provide the full Platinum experience.
PARKING: Parking is included in the price of your Platinum pass. Private cars, Uber, Lyft and taxis are encouraged to drop off at this lot.
ON ARRIVAL: The BottleRock Platinum Concierge team will be at the entrance to greet you with information about the daily program of activities, festival maps and more. A golf cart will whisk you away to the Platinum Lounge, next to the main stage in the heart of the VIP Village.
Inside the Platinum Lounge area, there will be lockers for you to check your belongings and our Concierge team will be available to answer questions throughout the day.
If you walk to BottleRock, you are welcome to enter via the 3rd Street or Burnell Street VIP entrances.
ON DEPARTURE: When you are ready to leave the festival, please return to the Platinum Lounge entrance and you will be escorted to the Platinum parking lot. We will be ordering complimentary shuttles at the end of each night to take guests to downtown Napa and Yountville.
Once downtown, guests can call rideshare companies to head home or keep the evening going at one of Napa Valley’s bars & restaurants! Shuttles will run until 11:00 p.m. No reservations are required.

Good Eats
The Platinum culinary team, coming from many of the world’s top restaurants, will be serving signature dishes, gourmet bites, and grab & go snacks will be served throughout the day to keep you nourished while you are enjoying the festival. Specialty items curated to all dietary restrictions and chef prepared dishes curated at your request.
Platinum Lounge
The Platinum Lounge is your personal oasis in a sea of sound. This lounge is located next to the JaM Cellars Main Stage in the VIP Village. The air-conditioned space includes comfortable lounge seating and plenty of areas to relax.
The Platinum Concierge team is available to help with any questions you have about your experience. A daily schedule of events will be emailed to your inbox at the start of each day for easy access. This schedule is also posted at the Platinum concierge upon your arrival on site, so you never miss a thing! Of course, Platinum guests will also have access to premium restrooms, individual lockers and more.
Ultra-Premium Spirit
Experiences
Inside the Platinum Lounge: Tastings featuring high end spirits have been added to each day of your Platinum experience. Enjoy learning about some of the world’s greatest tequilas, bourbons, and scotches guided by a Master in each spirit. There will be an opportunity to taste some of these exclusive spirits in a formal sit-down educational experience with advance registration required. Space is limited. Additional ultra-premium spirits will also be available to taste for a limited time with no registration required – check your Platinum daily email or the on-site schedule at your concierge desk for more information.
World-Class
Wine
Anchored in the mountains, one of the most acclaimed wines of Napa
Valley, Cardinale, will be poured by winemaker Chris Carpenter during
our Cult Cabernet tasting series. Sign up in advance for this unique
experience at the Meet + Greet concierge.
In addition:
- Masters of Wine will host short wine education seminars each day, including a Sunday tasting of luxury champagnes featuring Dom Perignon, Krug, and Cristal.
*No advance sign up required. - The Platinum Wine Bar will be staffed by top wine experts pouring some of the world’s best wines, like Kosta Browne. Ask questions, taste wines, and enjoy an authentic Wine Country tasting experience from the comfort of the Platinum Lounge.

Ready to meet a rockstar? Sign up each day at the Artist Meet & Greet Reservation Desk located in the Platinum Compound across from the Concierge desk. Guests can sign up after 11:30 a.m. for that day’s Meet & Greet experiences only.

Photos will be available via QR code on the back of your M&G card (given to you at sign up) and available for download within 24 hours.
Lineup is subject to each artist’s availability and subject to change during the festival.
The Best Views
Stage Viewing
At the JaM Cellars Main Stage, you have three exclusive viewing locations to choose from – Front of Stage to experience BottleRock from the front row, the Sound Mix with a private bar and cocktail service (the best audio quality, where you’ll find the Industry insiders,) and on-stage access bringing you closer to the artists performances than anywhere else.
At the Verizon Stage, Platinum passholders have exclusive Front of Stage, Sound Mix, as well as on-stage viewing access. Sound Mix access at both the Verizon and JaM Cellars stage is provided with a Platinum escort through the front of stage photo pit.
Platinum passholders can also enjoy on-stage viewing at the Prudential Stage, and Front of Stage viewing at the Truly Stage and Williams Sonoma Culinary Stage.
Safety First
Each of the Platinum viewing areas have strict capacity limits to ensure all Platinum guests can enjoy BottleRock safely. During periods of high demand, we may limit the amount of time you can spend in each Platinum viewing area.
To guarantee each Platinum guest gets the most out of the festival experience, all Platinum areas will be cleared at the end of each set.
We will have members of our Platinum Concierge team at each stage ready to assist you and answer any questions.
