Wristband Registration

 

Wristbands are being shipped to festivalgoers, please allow a few weeks for arrival. Your wristband is your ticket to the festival. Once you receive your wristband, do not try it on. The clasp slides one way and there is no way to remove it or loosen it without damaging the wristband. Wristbands are non-removable and non-transferable.

Why should I register my wristband?

Registering your wristband personalizes your wristband to you alone, allowing staff to quickly verify your identity and troubleshoot any wristband issues should you have any problems.

Registering also allows you to supply emergency contact information.

 

Can I register my wristband under someone else’s name?

You can only register a wristband once, so make sure you have all of that person’s required information on hand.  To register another attendee’s wristband, you’ll need their:

  • FULL NAME
  • EMAIL ADDRESS
  • BIRTHDATE
  • 8 DIGIT WRISTBAND ID NUMBER
  • EMERGENCY CONTACT NAME, EMAIL, and PHONE NUMBER

 

Can I change my wristband registration information and/or transfer it to someone else?

Unfortunately not.  Once registered, wristbands can’t be transferred and identifying information can’t be changed.  You can gift the ticket and wristband to anyone before registering the wristband, but only the original buyer can de-register the wristband or request a replacement.

 

Where is my wristband? When will it ship?

You can find estimated shipment and delivery dates along with other tracking information from the TICKETS page in your Eventbrite account. Click on your BottleRock order to see shipping/wristband details.

 

How can I update my shipping address?

It is no longer possible to update your shipping address. 

If your shipping address is incorrect once shipping begins, you can pick up your wristband at Will Call. Please bring the original order confirmation email and a valid, government-issued photo ID for wristband pick-up.

If you can’t receive the package after it’s been shipped to the provided address, please proceed to Will Call with a copy of your original order confirmation email and a valid, government-issued photo ID. We’ll get you set up.

If you aren’t available at the shipping address you previously provided and don’t have a new address, you can cancel the shipment and pick up your replacement wristband at the event in Will Call.

In all cases, shipping fees are non-refundable.

I received my wristbands, but I lost them/put them on too tight and had to remove them/damaged them. How do I get new ones?

Lost, stolen, damaged and tampered with wristbands will only be replaced at the discretion of festival staff. The wristband replacement fee is $20.

 

I’ve tracked my package and I’m concerned it won’t be delivered. What should I do?

If your wristband is marked as “delivered” but you never received it or if it’s been lost or stolen, you can deactivate your original wristband and request a replacement wristband to pick up at the event from Will Call.

From the Tickets page in your Eventbrite account, find your order, select “Manage Wristband,” then choose “Deactivate wristband.” Once the wristband is deactivated, you can to pick up your replacement wristband(s) at Will Call. For more detailed instruction on how to do this go here.

It’s important to know that we can not reship any orders and that shipping fees are non-refundable.

I think I received the wrong wristbands. What do I do?

If you think you received the wrong wristband please go to your order details page to report the issue using the 8 digit code on the wristband(s) to request a replacement. Make sure you bring the wristband(s) you received in the mail to Will Call in order to verify this error.

Need to pick your wristbands up at Will Call? The Festival Box Office is located on the corner of 3rd Street and Bailey Street. 

 

Where is the Box Office & Will call?

The Festival Box Office & Will Call are located at 3rd Street and Bailey Street in Napa. To pick up passes at Will Call, you must show a valid, government issued photo ID. The 2017 Festival is SOLD OUT. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the Box Office.

Will Call Hours:

  • Thursday May 25th: 11am – 7pm
  • Friday May 26th: 9am – 9pm
  • Saturday May 27th: 9am – 9pm
  • Sunday May 28th: 9am – 9pm
